Who are we?
We (Barend and Rebecca Elshout) from ArtWise have a young company who, after several trips to Western Canada and New Zealand, have become acquainted with the First Nation and Maori cultures. This grabbed us and was our first experience with their art forms. After a busy business life of more than 30 years, we decided in 2017 to work with and for these cultures. We visit these areas once a year and maintain our personal contacts.
Our mission and vision
Our mission is to introduce Native Art to the European public, so that it contributes to the preservation of these original cultures.
Our mission and vision
We want to introduce this art form to a wider audience and make it accessible through customer-oriented solutions. Our target groups are art lovers, collectors and investors. This can be private individuals, companies or museums.
CSR
We annually donate 2.5% of our gross profit to Native Art cultures. These can be local schools, museums or special projects that contribute to the preservation of these First Nation and Maori cultures. As a customer, you therefore contribute to these cultures together with us!
